Welcome to Almadah Store.

Almadah operates as a mediator between sellers and buyers, offering a wide range of products such as electrical tools, construction equipment, plumbing, décor, cleaning supplies, gardening, and more. We provide electronic payment methods, shipping, and return policies. By using our platform, both sellers and customers agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Definitions

  • "Almadah" or "the Store" or "we": refers to www.almadah.com, owned by Raml Abhur for Building Materials, CR No. 4030531916, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • "User" or "You": any person who visits, uses, registers, lists, or buys products on the Store.

  • "Seller": any individual, business, or entity listing products for sale online via the Store, subject to these terms.

  • "Customer": any person purchasing products from sellers through the Store under these terms.

  • "Products": all goods offered by sellers, including electrical tools, construction materials, plumbing, décor, cleaning tools, gardening, and others available via the Store.

  • "Order": the collection of products the customer purchases, pays for, and requests to be shipped per Store payment policies.

  • "Agreement": this document including all sections, terms, policies, privacy, and related contracts governing the relationship between parties.

  • "Laws" or "Regulations": applicable laws within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


2. Store Services

  • Almadah allows sellers to display their products for sale under these terms, offering various product types.

  • Customers may browse available products and place purchase orders.

  • The Store facilitates online sales, payment processing, shipping, returns, and exchanges in accordance with this Agreement.


3. Legal Scope of Our Services

  • Almadah is an online intermediary platform connecting sellers and buyers, serving as a marketing tool for sellers to present products and inform buyers.

  • Advertisements on the Store are invitations to offer, not binding offers. Contracts form when customers place orders and sellers accept, contingent on stock availability.

  • Almadah is not a seller or owner of products; its role is limited to managing sales, orders, payments, and delivery coordination.


4. Contractual Nature of the Agreement

  • This Agreement and its annexes constitute the full and final contract between Almadah and users.

  • Users acknowledge reliance solely on this Agreement's terms, with no external verbal or written assurances.

  • The Agreement is legally binding and effective upon users, cannot be terminated unilaterally.

  • Service descriptions and related pages form an integral part of this Agreement.

  • Amendments hold the same legal effect as the original terms.


5. Legal Capacity of Individuals

  • Users confirm they have full legal capacity under applicable laws and are at least 18 years old.

  • Users affirm sound mental capacity and legal competence.

  • Almadah reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts lacking required capacity.


6. Legal Status of Businesses

  • Registered businesses as sellers must comply with applicable laws, hold valid licenses and registrations during their relationship with the Store.

  • Almadah may request documentation proving legal status at any time.

  • Almadah does not serve countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).


7. Legal Consent

  • Consent by individuals is indicated by registration, use, or purchase via the Store.

  • Representatives acting on behalf of users or businesses must provide proof of authorization.

  • Minors must act via legal guardians.

  • Legal representatives bear full responsibility for their actions.
