Support Policy at Almadah Store

  1. The seller is obligated, if the product comes with a warranty, to fill out the warranty card specifying the type of warranty (store warranty or company warranty), and to provide maintenance services throughout the warranty period, unless the damage or defect resulted from neglect, intentional misuse, or improper use by the customer.

  2. Almadah Store grants the buyer all warranties provided by the product manufacturers, in addition to any warranties offered by the sellers. The seller must clearly display on each product page the warranty period and the valid warranty certificate provided either by the manufacturer or by the seller.

  3. In case the customer requests warranty services, they must contact the authorized warranty centers listed on the warranty certificate directly.
